2025 marks the third year as we launch the global talent search to identify a diverse range of graduates for the Red Bull Engineering Academy. The successful candidates will develop into the engineering and technology leaders of the future. The programme includes a unique and revolutionary centre of excellence and is a prestigious opportunity for graduates. It is difficult to win a place on the scheme and those who do are rewarded with an experience unlike any others in Formula One.
The 2025 Red Bull Engineering Academy will begin in Summer 2025, with 24-month graduate placements. Roles will be split across Red Bull Powertrains and Red Bull Advanced Technologies and we are especially keen to meet those with engineering competencies in vehicle design, simulation, mechatronics, test and validation, performance, electrical and manufacturing.
You will be based full time at our Milton Keynes Campus, located in the United Kingdom.
